I have a user with Standard limited customers and suppliers but they cannot select a customised template. How can I achieve this without full admin access

I can see how having the option to let a user choose customer invoice templates in QuickBooks Online (QBO) would be helpful for you and your business, @dkhaled1979.

 

It's a good idea to provide feedback to let our engineers know about the feature you're looking for. That way, they can take it into account for future updates.

 

Here's how to submit feedback:

 

  1. In QBO, click the Gear (Settings) icon at the top right.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.
