Hi @aashiq-w,

I'll share with you the steps on how to downgrade your plan. Before we do so, please make sure to turn off the following features below.

  • Pause recurring transaction templates.
  • Remove extra QBO users.
  • Cancel any third-party apps.

After turning off, let's go to account and settings and downgrade. Here's how:

  1. Go to Gear and select Account and Settings.
  2. Choose Billing & Subscription. Make sure your payment info is up-to-date.
  3. Tick Downgrade your plan. If you can’t see this option, follow this link to downgrade.
  4. Click Choose Plan. Review what's changing with your new plan.
  5. When you're ready, hit Continue or Submit.
  6. Review the billing details. Snap Change plan, then Done.

Once you're done, log out and log back in to your QBO account to refresh your account. For more information about the downgrade, check out this link.

Additionally, if you're using the currency feature, you won’t be able to switch to QuickBooks Simple Start.

In case you need some additional help, please visit our QBO page to our general learn and support topics.

Keep me posted if you have other questions or concerns. I'm always here for you. Have a wonderful day ahead.
