Don't sweat, @Jualande. Let me help make sure your sent invoices and credit notes show on a report.

 

May I know what specific report you're trying to pull up? This way, I can further assist you in customizing it.

 

For now, I suggest running the Transaction List by Customer report. And make sure the reporting period is correct. It's one of the possible reasons why your sent invoices and credit notes don't appear. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click Reports from the left menu.
  2. Search for Transaction List by Customer report.
  3. In the Report period drop-down, select the date when the invoices and credit notes are created.
  4. Hit Run report.1.PNG

Once done, you'll be able to see the sent invoices and credit notes on the report.
