My bank balance do update but the transaction to match with the invoices does not show up as always

Nice to have you here in the Community. I'm happy to help to provide some insight on your transactions in QuickBooks.

 

Currently, there's an ongoing ticket about deposits from our merchant center not coming into your bank feeds. To get added to the ticket, you need to call our Customer Care Support Team. They'll be able to attach you to the ticket, and you'll receive email updates until this issue is fixed. However, you can to bring in the transactions manually from your bank. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your bank's website.
  2. Download the statements you need and save them to your computer.
  3. In QuickBooks, select the banking tab.
  4. In the top right-hand corner, select the drop-down arrow and click File Upload.
  5. Find and open the file you saved from your bank.
  6. Go through the prompted steps to upload the transactions into Online.
