My logo has gotten worse. It's so small you can't even read it. I've tried using a square logo. JPEG, PNG No change. What's weird is I have a second company and that has no issue...

Mine has gotten smaller in the last week also. I suspect they have tried to fix it and made it worse.

The Custom Form Styles is still there, but the Custom Form Styles - Import template seems to no longer be an option.

Also, the link that you sent to the video is not longer there.  QB gives an error msg when trying to access.  Such a bummer.  I wonder why QB is not allowing this anymore.

Me too.  Tried the .png and it didn't change.

I wouldn't mind the teeny logo so much if I could put it at the top of our address, phone #, etc., but QB seems to only leave the option of having the logo at the far left, middle, or right.  I selected left, but then our company address, etc. is to the right of the logo, which looks goofy.

Anyone know any way to put the address info below the logo (also left justified)?

Okay, I solved the above by pulling the logo into a draw document, entering a text box with our address, phone #, etc. below that, then doing a screen shot of the whole thing and saving that as our "logo."

Then I went into QB and deleted all the address info from the invoice template and inserted the logo that also had the invoice info.  The logo is still way too small, but at least everything is now left justified and the logo is at the top of the address info.

Hi there, spud,

Great job for modifying the logo to make it appear above the company information. I also appreciate you for sharing the steps in this thread. This will help others who want to do the same thing on their invoices.

With regards to the logo that is showing too small on an invoice, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Technical Team. This way, they can help check what's causing the issue.

Here's how to get in touch with them:

  1. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  2. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.

Let me know if you have other concerns and I'll get back to you.

I appreciate you letting us know about this, @Geoffrey,

Have you tried uploading the logo in a different browser or a private window? This will help check if the shrinking logo is affected by the large data in the cache.

The cache stores your browsing activity and will constantly overwrite itself without deleting the old stuff.  This causes QuickBooks to function poorly.

To start incognito mode, use these keyboard shortcuts to lauch private browsing:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

If it works in private browsing, clear the browser's cache. This will help delete the history of the browser, so you can start in a clean slate.

However, if the same problem happens, I recommend getting in touch with our Support Team. They can assist you with bug reports and ongoing issues and escalate them to our engineers.

To contact us, follow the steps below:

  1. Tap the (?) Help icon at the top and select Contact Us.
  2. Enter the description of the problem then press Let's talk.
  3. Choose your way to contact us from the options.

Let me know if you're able to get the logo size corrected or if need further assistance with it. I'll be right here if you need anything else. Have a lovely day!

Hi @Staudinger,

Thank you for joining the thread.

If you already contacted our Technical Support team and you still have the same issue, then I suggest you upload a custom form style with your company logo. This way, if you set the logo to Large, then it will appear correctly in size.

See this article for the complete steps: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimates. At the bottom of the page includes a list of common questions about this process, along with their answers.

Post a reply if you have other questions about company logos on your invoices using QuickBooks Online. I'll be glad to assist you further.
