Are Payments (receipts from customers) not working on the app?

Hi there, @andri. I can provide fixes to your concern about customer payments in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) Mobile App.

 

Before anything else, I just want to make sure that we are on the same page about fixing your application to seamlessly manage your transactions. To begin, are you referring to recording invoice payments from your client? If so, the functionality to record this within the app is working fine. You can refer to the steps below to create one:

  

  1. Go to the Menu and select Invoice Payments.

  2. Click the plus (+) icon under the Invoice payments window.

  3. In the Add Invoice payment window, select the customer where the payments are coming from. Then, select the outstanding invoice transaction.
  4. Lastly, hit Save.

Moreover, if you happen not to see the option on your application, we can run certain steps to eliminate common problems that may arise while using the application. To begin with, we can clear the app data to refresh it and eliminate any errors. To start, please ensure you're connected to the internet, then perform the steps below: 

 

For iOS:

 

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select Setting General iPhone Storage.
  3. Choose the Offload App button.

 

For Android:

 

  1. Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.
  2. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
  3. Tap YES to confirm.
