I have the steps to re-activate a customer in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Hermina. I'm glad to show you how.

To proceed, let's navigate through your customer's profile:

  1. Go to the Sales menu and then Customers.
  2. Select the Gear icon from the Customers page. Then, tick the Checkbox for Include inactive.

  3. Locate your customer on the list and click the Make active option under the Action column.

For a complete reference about handling your customers, kindly review this link: Add and manage customers in QuickBooks Online.

You may also generate and send customer statements in QBO to notify them of upcoming outstanding balances or invoices. It can provide a complete view of their Balance Forward, Open Item, or Transactions Statements, depending on which of the three you choose to make and mail to them.

If there's anything else that I can help you with regarding your customers or transactions and data, just hit the Reply button. I'll be here at any time to assist you.
