If this is not the case, I suggest running your QBO account via incognito mode to determine if this is a browser-related issue. Below are the shortcut keys you can use:
Once signed in, check the customer and supplier lists again. If this works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to eliminate the piled-up data that might cause the issue. If not, you can use another supported browser or device. Might be that the current one you're using has a temporary issue with the program.
