The customer name does not appear on the invoices, only the address. I have tried clearing the cache files in the browser and using incognito mode. does not work

I have contacted the QBO support regarding this matter.  It worked for a while, now the customer name is missing again.  I have again cleared cache files and also tried using incognito mode but it does not work now.

I appreciate all you've done to fix the issue, Debtors. I can help you get in touch with our support team to troubleshoot further and resolve the issue you're experiencing with the missing name on the invoice. 

 

Since the issue persists, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks support team for further assistance. They have access to advanced troubleshooting tools and can help identify the root cause of the problem.

 

  1. Hover your mouse over the Help menu in the upper right to see more options.
  2. Go to the Assistant tab and then enter a brief description of your concern in the Type something field. 
  3. Choose Contact Us and Continue.
  4. Select Start a chat.
