We are a workshop and need to give a job card through to our technicians how do i create that job card on quick books?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. Creating a job card in QuickBooks Online is currently unavailable. I know the importance of having this kind of feature. I'll make sure to tap this to our developer's team. This way, they might be given a chance to be included in the next product updates. 

In the meantime, you may consider utilizing a third-party app that integrates with QuickBooks Online.
