Missing information when printing invoice means the Adobe Acrobat/Reader application cannot read the file or the Adobe browser plug-in is damaged or disabled. You may need a help on fixing this with an I.T engineers.

Let me give you the summary of the things that we need to check.

  1. Update Chrome to the latest version.
  2. Open the Chrome menu by clicking on the three vertical dots in the top-right.
  3. Choose Settings.
  4. Enter PDF in the search bar.
  5. Click the Content Settings... button.
  6. Ensure that Open PDF files in the default PDF viewer application is unchecked.
