I'm here to show you how to cancel it, Audiq3tnz22.

 

These are the steps to follow:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. Select Billing & Subscription tab.
  3. From the QuickBooks section, select Cancel.

Once done, the master admin will receive a confirmation email about the cancellation.

 

Also, you have up to one year to resubscribe and recover all your company details. Although, you can still log in to see the data for your reporting purposes. After a year of being inactive, QuickBooks will permanently delete it.

I have not been using QuickBooks for months. I woke up to a Debit Order deduction and immediately cancelled my subscription but I still see QuickBooks would want to deduct funds from my account a month from now, yet o have cancelled my subscription. Help me please. I think this is fraudulent.

Let me provide some insights after canceling your QuickBooks Online subscription.

 

After you process the cancellation, you'll receive an email confirming that we have canceled it. If you didn't receive an email, you need to check again if it went through.

 

Let me show you how:

  1. Open a web browser on your computer.
  2. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
  3. Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and settings.
  4. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  5. In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  6. Follow the onscreen steps.

If the same thing happen, I recommend contacting our Live Support Team. They can pull up your account and help cancel your subscription. 

 

Here's how :

 

  1. At the top right, click the Help icon.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Under What can we help you with?, enter any concerns.
  4. Click Let's Talk.
  5. You'll be routed into the Choose a way to connect with us page.
  6. Choose Chat.
