Capitec business banking transactions not pulling through?

I can help you with getting your latest bank transactions for Capitec Bank, @fawncastleestate

 

Are you encountering any bank errors? Can you tell me more about it? That will surely help me resolve the error you're having to pull up your transactions. 

 

You can try to resolve the error you're having by logging in to your online banking account and then making sure that there's no any pending messages, notifications, or alerts. Then, go bank to your QuickBooks Online account and manually refresh your connection.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Bookkeeping and select Transactions.
  2. Click on Bank transactions and select Update.

In the meantime, you can get your transactions from your bank or credit cards and manually import them into QuickBooks Online: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online

 

From here, you can now match your transactions and categorise them.

I have done that several times and it's still not pulling in the transactions. 

This is for a Capitec Business Account and the bank have said I need to get a reference number from QuickBooks
