Delete all bank transactions

It's my priority to help delete your bank transactions in QuickBooks,

chinamed.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we can batch-delete posted transactions from your bank feeds, saving you from doing it individually. I'll show you how:

Let me show you how:

  1. Go to the Transactions menu and then Bank Transactions.
  2. Select the account where you post those transactions.
  3. Choose the For Review tab.
  4. Put a checkmark beside the Date column to mark them all.
  5. Tap Exclude at the top.
  6. Proceed to the Excluded section and place a checkmark beside the Date column.
  7. Hit Delete.

If the transactions are categorised already, we'll have to undo and exclude them. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Transactions menu and then Bank Transactions.
  2. Select the account where you post those transactions.
  3. Click the Categorised tab.
  4. Put a checkmark beside the Date column to mark them all.
  5. Tap Undo.

Once done, return to the For Review tab to Exclude the transaction.

I also suggest consulting an accountant while doing this to avoid any discrepancies and make sure your book is accurate.

After that, connect your bank account again or manually import your bank transactions into QuickBooks.

Once everything is good, you can categorise the transactions in the bank feeds. Then, reconcile your accounts to match your bank and credit card statements.

Feel free to comment below if you have other questions about deleting bank transactions in QuickBooks. I'm always here to help you. Keep safe!
