There is no difference between the annual and monthly subscription billing in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Both of these plans offer the same benefits. The only difference is the payment schedule and the total amount you pay for the whole year instead of monthly.

If you need to update your billing information, follow these steps:

1. Sign in as the Master or Company Admin.
2. Click the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
3. From the left menu, select Billing Subscription.
4. Select Edit beside your payment method.
5. Update your credit card info.
6. Make sure the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
7. Once everything’s good, select Confirm card or Save.
