Thanks for coming here with us, des10.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we have Invoices and Received Payments report. However, this only shows invoices and payments received by your customers. Invoice reports in QBO are associated with customers only. That said, being able to run a report to see receipted money from invoices per employee is unavailable.

Alternatively, you can export a report (e.g. Time Activities by Employee Detail) to excel and then manually customize it base on your preference.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports and choose a report.
  2. At the top of the report, select the Export icon. Then select Export to Excel.
  3. Save the file somewhere you can easily find, like your Downloads folder or your desktop.

In Excel, you’ll need to select Enable Editing to view the full report. Then, you can start adding the column.

You'll want to keep this article handy for your reference in exporting reports: Export your reports to Excel from QuickBooks Online.
