I feel like I am doing very manual actions when adding receipts and bills to QB. It is not remembering what account and class..etc Surely AI should help us better

I upload receipts or email them into the system. But then I still do a lot of manual work on each one before uploading it - although they are very similar. Outside of QB I automate the rest of my manual actions with AI

When uploading your receipts in QuickBooks Online, the system extracts vendor, date, and amount. However, fields like class and account still require your manual review to ensure accuracy.

 

In this case, I recommend submitting your suggestions directly to our product development team so they can review this.

 

Here's how you can do it:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback. 
  2. In the designated box, explain how automating account and class recognition when uploading receipts and bills could help simplify your workflow.
  3. Once done, submit it.
