Let me help you with your expenses but I'd like to make sure that we're on the same page. Are you referring to the Receipts feature in QuickBooks Online? If so, this isn't available in the QuickBooks Online South Africa version. If you're using a third-party app, you'll want to reach out to them so they can investigate it.
In the meantime, you'll want to manually enter the expenses or connect your bank to automatically download the transactions.
If you're referring to the expenses you recorded but your accounts aren't updating, it could be due to a browser error. You'll want to use an incognito window and review the data from there. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
Also, clear the cache to fix issues due to junks files saved on the browser. Lastly, make sure that you're using an up-to-date browser.
If this is about the downloaded expenses from the linked bank account, you need to categorise them so they'll be added to your books.
