Some expenses is not showing in recon

Hi Please help me

Why are some of my expenses not showing on my reconciliation side to reconcile?

 All transactions show in my expense but when I want to reconcile a lot are not there....

Some expenses is not showing in recon

Thanks for bringing this reconciliation concern to my attention, DKP2.

 

Allow me to provide you with some information about your expense not showing on your reconciliation side. This way, you can reconcile your account in QuickBooks. 

 

The expenses might be posted to a different bank account. Let's open each transaction and make sure it's using the correct bank. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Expenses menu and proceed to the Expenses tab.
  2. Look for the expense transaction and click on it.
  3. Go to the Payment account field and edit the or make sure it has the correct bank account.
  4. Click Save and close.
  5. Repeat the same process for the rest of the expenses.

 

Once done, go back to the Reconciliation page. Then, click the Filter or Funnel icon and select All for the Transaction type.

 

Also, make sure that you didn't manually reconcile the transaction and its date must be within the statement period.
