We don't recommend any payroll app aside from QuickBooks Online Payroll. However, this subscription isn't available yet in your country.
I'd recommend looking for an app outside QuickBooks. You can search for integrated apps on the internet or in the Apps menu. Just log in to your QuickBooks Online account and go to the Apps menu and search for a payroll app from there.
