Business profile editing

Let's make sure that we are logged in as either the Master Admin or Company Admin, mphojo.

If not, you may reach out to your admin and ask if they can add you as a Company Admin user. This way, you can modify the business' profile.

If you are the Company Admin or Master Admin yet, you're unable to edit the profile, we can run some steps to isolate what causes the issue.

To start with, let's open QuickBooks through an incognito window. It is the best place to identify any browser-related concerns. You can use these keyboard keys to open one:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

If it works, you can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. A piled cache can also be the reason for some unexpected issues on the opened pages.

You can also switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Fire.

If you wan to add a logo on your sales form, you can check this reference: Add, customise, or remove logos on sales forms.

Let me know how it goes on your end. Keep safe!
