The error code you received on your end, means that your bank (Nedbank) isn't allowing QuickBooks to connect and retrieve your data. I'd suggest contacting your bank and verifying of any updates on their end.

In the meantime, you'll want to manually upload your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'll show you how.
- Sign in to your Bank website and follow the instructions to download the file as QBO, .CSV, or .QFX (maximum file size 350KB).
- Then log in to your QBO and go to the Banking or Transactions menu.
- Select Upload transactions or Upload from file.
- Click the Drag and drop or select files box and select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then select Continue.
- From the QuickBooks account drop-down, select the account you want to upload the transactions into, then click Continue.
- Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks, then select Continue.
- Select the transactions you would like to import and click Continue.
- Click Yes to import the transaction and select Done.
