Hi there. I signed up and paid for quick books. I used the wrong email address Because it is also my user ID, the app does not allow me to change it.

Hi there. I signed up and paid for quick books. I used the wrong email address Because it is also my user ID, the app does not allow me to change it.

I'll ensure everything is taken care of, jacque.  

 

We can change the info in the Intuit Account Manager page. This way, you'll be able to update the details in an absolute breeze. I'll show you how.

 

  1. Go to Intuit Account Manager, then click Sign in & security.
  2. Select User ID.
  3. Delete your old User ID and enter the new one.
  4. Enter your current password, then choose Save.
  5. After that, select Password.
  6. Enter and confirm your new password.
  7. Once done, click on Save.
