how do i change back to the new font when doing invoices

Hello there, @jacky12.

Thank you for reaching out to the community regarding the issues with your invoices. I’ll be happy to assist you in ensuring your invoice template includes all the necessary details, such as product descriptions, and ensure it reflects the correct font and format.

To resolve this, I recommend updating your invoice template by adding a "Description" column for detailed product or service information. Adding this information makes your invoices clearer and easier for your customers to understand.

Here are the steps on how to update your Invoice Template:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, choose Custom Form Styles.
  3. Select the invoice template that you want to edit.

4. Go to the Design tab to edit the template name, logo, color, font, and margins.

5. In the Content tab, click the body section and make sure the description column is marked as checked.

6. Click Done when finished.

Also, I recommend setting the updated template as your default to save time and ensure it follows your future invoices.

Here’s how:

  1. In the Custom Form Styles tab, locate the invoice you want to set as the default.
  2. Click the Drop-down and choose Make default.
