The ProAdvisor, Work, and Project under the Work tab are specifically designed to help them manage their firms and multiple clients who use QuickBooks Online (QBO). Since QBO is specifically built for business owners to handle their finances, these features are not available. To use the accounting functions you need, please ensure you access the correct account.
It's also worth noting that QBOA has two project features. One is to group individual transactions from customers, like how it works in QBO. The other is designed to supervise and track a firm's projects and tasks. While tools from QBO are in QBOA, QBOA-specific tools are not in QBO.
