I payed for QBO essentials after a trial period and now it has created a new company stating that my original company is cancelled. How do i transfer data to new company?

I payed for QBO essentials after a trial period and now it has created a new company stating that my original company is cancelled. How do i transfer data to new company?

You can export and import lists or transactions to the account you want to use moving forward, andy49.

 

You'll want to cancel the other QuickBooks Online (QBO) account to avoid double charges.

 

To export your report or list:

  1. From the Gear icon, choose Export Data.
  2. Set the date on the Reports tab,
  3. Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by toggling the slider.
  4. Click on Export to Excel.

Once done, you can import your lists into QBO.
