When a browser stored a lot of caches, it could cause problems like not being able to open a second window or latency issue. As an initial step, you can press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page.
If you're still unable to open a new window, let's log into your QuickBooks Online account using an incognito portal. It's a great way to isolate browser-related issues since it doesn't store data in the cache. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
