Is anyone else having problems where you have to clear your cache etc everytime before you can log in on Chrome?

Thanks for letting us know about this @user83761,

Clearing the browser's cache helps resolve the common issues in QuickBooks Online. Performing these troubleshooting steps will help your browsers work better in your computer.

On the other hand, there are no reported issues about signing in QuickBooks using Google Chrome. If there's an error message, you can also share it in the Community, so we can fix it.

Hi there, @MBR1959.

We haven't received any reports about this. However, you can tell us more about the error you received, so we can fix it.

As my colleague mentioned above, most of the login issues can be resolved by clearing the browser cache.

I would recommend using a private or an incognito window to single out the cause of this unexpected behavior. You can use either of the following shortcut keys:

  • Chrome, press CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press CTRL+ Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Once done, I suggest clearing the cache of the Chrome browser to function more efficiently.

If still not working, you can use other browsers to log in. Once work, this means that only Chrome having this problem.

For detailed troubleshooting steps, you can check this article: Troubleshooting browser problems.

You’re always welcome in the Community if you need help moving forward.
