Morning My package won’t change region. Therefore I can’t update my new card. Therefore I cannot pay my subscription.

I'm glad to see you here, @colonel8440. Allow me to share info about changing the region in your chosen QuickBooks (QB) package.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), changing the region or location in settings isn't possible since the account's registered country was already set when you bought the subscription package.

You'll need to have a new subscription in QBO with the correct region that accepts your card as your payment option for the billing.

Here's how to create a new account:

  1. Open this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
  2. Choose the country you want to subscribe to.
  3. Select whether to subscribe now or use a 30-day free trial and the type of subscription you will be using.
  4. Click Add another company, then enter your existing Intuit login credentials.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the account.

Check out this article for detailed steps: Create or subscribe to another company.

Once done creating another company, you can import your Customers, Suppliers, Chart of Accounts, and Products & Services list from your previous account to save time from re-entering them.

After that, if the previous package is no longer useful on your end, you can cancel its subscription so you won't be paying for it anymore.

I'll also add this article to help you check the details of the list you imported once you have the new QBO package: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.

Keep me posted if you have additional questions about changing your billing and company info in your QBO account. We'll be willing to help you as soon as possible. Thank you, and have a good one.
