It's nice to see you here in the Community forum, @classiquroyalpe. I'd be happy to assist you in finding the bookkeeping tab and guiding you on how to access your quotations in QuickBooks Online. This will enable you to easily send your quotations to your customers.
QuickBooks updates the interface based on the suggestions of our customers. For now, is your current interface the same as shown in the screenshots below? If this is the case, QuickBooks Online has two views, namely Accountant and Business. To see the Bookkeeping tab, you'll want to make sure that you're using the Business view.
However, you can view all the quotes you've created in the All Sales menu. From there, you can convert the quotes to invoices. To view them in QuickBooks Online, you may follow the steps below:
- Go to Sales and select All Sales.
- Find your quote.
- You can sort how quotes are displayed by selecting the date, number, customer, total, or status column headers.
However, if you haven't found your quotations, I'd suggest opening your account using an incognito window. There are times when the browser is full of frequently accessed pages, thus causing some uncommon responses.
Here's how:
- Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
- Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox or Microsoft Edge)
- Control + Option + P (Safari)
If you're able to view your quotations, return to your default browser and clear its cache and cookies to refresh the system. This will also remove the older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. However, if the issue persists, I'd recommend using other supported browsers.
