I get an error code 102 when trying to upload bank transactions. I am with Standard Bank

I can see the urgency to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Our records show that we have an open investigation about Error 102 with Standard Bank. This means that our engineers are already aware of the  situation and are working with your bank for a permanent fix to remove the error.

 

We have also created a list to track all affected customers. This is for us to notify you immediately as soon as the issue is resolved. Having said that, please contact our chat support team for QuickBooks International and provide INV-72282 as a reference. Here's how to reach out to them: 

 

  1. Log in to QBO and click the Help menu in the upper-right hand corner.
  2. Type in "contact support" and press Enter.
  3. Select Contact Support Team and type in "bank error"
  4. Press Enter once again and choose No, I still need help.
  5. Click Contact Support Team, then select Chat or Start a conversation.
