The error code 176 is a category of a general script error. It needs to be reported to our team so they can continue to troubleshoot the issue on their end.
Script errors often identified that there's an issue with the connection that Intuit uses to download the banking information.
You can do this right within your account. Let me guide you through the steps.
- Go to Banking, then proceed to the Banking page.
- Within the error message, you should see Report Issue.
- Enter your name and email address.
- Click Submit.
Your request goes directly to our Engineering Team that resolves banking errors. The turnaround time is typically 2-3 business days. They'll contact you via callback once the issue is resolved.
While waiting for the fix, you can download transactions from your bank. Then, manually import them.
