The EFT details are only shown on the Airy template and the contact number is on the Content Header, user28191. Let's review the one you're using to ensure it displays that information when printing.
Start by opening the invoice or creating a new transaction, then Customise on the toolbar to choose the correct template (Airy New). Doing so will apply what we have set up in the form.
Additionally, please check if you ticked the phone field for the contact number to appear on the template (Airy New). I'll show you how.
Moreover, you can also utilize the Message to customer field for your bank details in the footer of your invoice. To update, refer to this article: Adding bank details to your invoices.
