Hello,pcright-01.
May I know if you've received any error messages trying to create anything in the app?
Also, the possible reason you're experiencing an unusual behavior of the QuickBooks Android app is that your stored data or cache is full. With this, you'll have to clear your app data. This will refresh the system and remove the older files that cause the app's unusual behavior. There are two places to execute the process. In the app itself and your phone settings.
In the QuickBooks Online app:
- Go to the More Options icon.
- Select Settings.
- Choose Refresh Data, then select Yes.
In your Android Settings:
- Go to your phone's Settings.
- Select Apps (varies by device).
- Choose QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
- Select clear data.
Once done, restart your phone and launch the QuickBooks app again. Otherwise, uninstall and reinstall the app if the same thing happens.
