I've checked our reports and haven't found any issues about missing clients. Sometimes, unusual behaviors like this can be caused by a loaded cache stored in your browser.
We can do some basic troubleshooting steps to rule this out. To begin, open an incognito or private browser. This mode will not save any browsing history. You can use the keyboard shortcuts below:
Next, sign in to your QuickBooks Online Accountant account and go to the Clients tab, If you're able to see all of your clients, let's go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Finally, restart your browser.
On the other hand, you can try using a different supported browser.
