Hi there, @MDCSA. I've got you covered, and I'll help you out on how to create invoice links so you can send them to your customer and let them pay their invoices on their own in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Before we do so, let me congratulate you for choosing QuickBooks to handle your business. You can generate an invoice link and send it to your customers so they can pay their invoices fast and easily. I'll gladly input the steps below so you can proceed.
If you've already created an invoice, here's how you can get the invoice link:
Know that you can only copy an invoice link if the invoice is already created. In case you haven't created the invoice, see this article: Create invoices in QuickBooks Online.
I'd also like to add that the option to share a quote's link is unavailable at the moment. You'll need to convert it to invoice for you to get the link. But in case you'd like to link your invoice to a quote, I've got you this article for further guidelines: Set up and send progress invoices in QuickBooks Online.
In addition, here's an article to help you manage invoice payments in QBO: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.
You can also check this page to learn more on how you can track the money moving in and out of your business and bank account in QBO: Track your cash flow in QuickBooks Online.
@MDCSA, our door is open 24/7 if you need further assistance generating an invoice link in QuickBooks. You can also post here again if you have any additional QuickBooks-related concerns or need help performing specific tasks in QuickBooks. I'll be right here and will be happy to assist. Take care, and enjoy the rest of the week.
