DESKTOP PRO 2019

Hello 

I have Quickbooks Pro 2019 desktop version. I am based in South Africa, I recently had a power failure which resulted in my PC shutting down incorrectly, after startup I got a 3371 error message on QuickBooks, I followed all the prompts with the hub to get it fixed. It does not go passed the online activation stage. There's an option to register by phone but apparently no South African support available, Can someone help get me passed this activation please?? Error message attached in pdf

To better assist you, I would like to ask about the region of QuickBooks Desktop you're using.

 

QBDT isn't available in international regions, including South Africa. If you're using QBDT in the US region, I suggest contacting our US contact support to obtain a one-time activation code.

 

Since you cannot log in to your product, we can still help you. You can contact us and we'll help you get back in business.

 

Also, please know that the screenshot you provided contains personal information. We removed it to avoid fraudulent activities and for security purposes.
