Emails not sending

Is anyone else experiencing an issue where it is saying that an invoice cannot be sent because an email address is invalid? I cannot send invoices or reminders from either the APP or browser version. I logged a ticket with support but now they are ignoring me

Emails not sending

I see being able to send your invoices successfully is important. This way, you can ensure that your business runs smoothly and efficiently, Chad.

 

At the moment, we have an ongoing investigation regarding this. We're doing our best to prioritize and resolve it as soon as possible. We'll provide a permanent solution once we fix it. 

 

As you've already contacted our support team, I can confirm that you have been added to the list of affected users. Rest assured you'll receive a notification via email once the issue is resolved. However, if you need updates on the progress of the investigation, you can contact our support team again.

 

In the meantime, I suggest downloading a PDF of the invoice and sending it manually to your customers via personal or company email. This is a temporary workaround that should help you manage your sales forms while we work on resolving the issue. Here's how:

 

  1. Open the invoice 
  2. Click on the Print or Preview button at the bottom part.
  3. From there, select Download.
