I am unable change my company logo
- When I click the + button near my logo the whole screen fades out and QB's won't let me click anywhere on the screen or allow me to exit. I am left to have to force quit each time.
I am unable to change my VAT number
- Every time I put in my VAT No. in and click save, QB's changes it to completely different number that is not mine.
- I have cleared my browser cookies and cache.
- I have restarted my laptop & I have tried troubleshoot.

Normally, QuickBooks Online (QBO) has the ability or feature to let you change company data if you have the required user role. You can log out from your QBO account and log back in to see if you still can't make any changes to your company data.
Aside from that, you'll also have to consider that when uploading a logo, it should be a .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpe, or .jpeg file smaller than 10 MB24-bits or less in bit depth (or colour depth)square-shaped since rectangles don’t work using the standard RGB colour space.
In the same manner, you can convert it into an RGB image using tools (such as Adobe Photoshop) before you upload it to QuickBooks Online if your logo is CMKY-formatted make sure it is successful.

Thank you for your assisteance. I managed to sort out the logo issue.
I am however having trouble adding my vat numberr to my company information.
Each time I edit and put the number in, once saved and closed it changes the Vat No. to something completely different.

I attempted to modify both the VAT and phone numbers in my QBO account, and I successfully saved the changes. I also noticed from your initial post that you have already cleared the cache and performed other troubleshooting steps related to the browser.
