Payment links are an exclusive feature in QuickBooks Payments and are currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO) South Africa, Andi.
As a workaround, you can explore a third-party application capable of providing payment links:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Go to Apps and select Find apps.
- In the search field, type in keywords related to payment links.
- Open the app's profile to see more details about it.
After your customer pays their invoice, ensure to receive and record it in QuickBooks.
