Good day, kbfholdings,
Adding SKU number to a delivery note is unavailable. However, you can create an invoice template and make it look like a delivery note.
Since SKU appears on invoices, it's much better to do it that way. You can follow these steps:
Whenever you need to print or send a Delivery Note, open the invoice to edit. Click Customise at the bottom, and select Delivery Note. You can click on Print or Preview to check how it looks.
If you want to learn more form customisation, check this article: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1768656.
Let me know if you have additional questions related to this.
Thanks for joining this thread, KrysIssa.
I understand that you need to print a delivery note without a cost.
We can create and print a delivery note in QuickBooks Online. However, we're unable to customise it. You'll want to look for a third-party app that can be integrated into QuickBooks Online and can generate a delivery note.
Also, I'll pass this to our developers so they may add an option to edit it.
Post again here if you need anything else. Stay safe!
Thank you,i have tried and was unable to find a third party if you know of amy please let me know,

We’re unable to give any suggestions as to which third-party application to use. However, you can visit our AppCenter to check for available applications that support delivery notes in QuickBooks.
Additionally, please know that all our suggested plans are subject to engineers' and developers' study.
