How do I find the invoice I sent to see it they been read

How do I find out  if my clients have opened the invoices I sent to them and they recived them.

How do I find the invoice I sent to see it they been read

Welcome to the Community, @BDY007PE. I'll help you view the invoice status once received and opened by the customer.

 

As the consumer receives and opens the invoices in QuickBooks Online, the statuses are modified immediately. It is accessible through the Invoices page or tab.

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click Sales on the left menu.
  3. Go to the Invoices tab.

It will appear as "Viewed" under the Activities section of your invoice when your consumer opens it. Open the invoice, scroll down, and search for the Activities section to view this activity.
