You have the option to download your product sheet and update product info in bulk in QuickBooks Commerce.
Here's how:
- Go to the Inventory menu, then select Products.
- Select Update Existing Products from the Bulk Manage dropdown.
- Select No. I need to download a list of my products.
- Select the Product Attributes dropdown, then select the product attributes you want to update.
- Select Build Product Sheet, then select Download Product Sheet.
- Open the product sheet, then update your products’ details.
- Save your product sheet as a CSV file.
Once done, you can now upload your product sheet to QuickBooks Commerce.
- In QuickBooks, select Upload Filled CSV.
- Click browse for a file, then select your product sheet (csv file).
- Select Open, then select Continue.
- Select Yes, this is correct.
- Select View Products.
