I can't login to my Desktop Premier 2019 account, And the Quikbooks help center is not helpfull on there own product.

Hi, I reloaded quickbooks , tried sample file tried creating a new company still no luck . could my Mysql database be giving it an error ?

If you can't log in due to a username or password issue, you can reset it immediately by selecting the I forgot my password link. In case the password doesn't work, review your information carefully. Check for any typos and ensure that the info matches what's in CAMPS.

It accepts my password , then the popup Error comes, I have reloaded Quickbooks from the disk again still the same error , when I tried to apply fix from the disk , it said that the database is in use must it shut it down.
I tried the sample customer and tried creating a new customer still no luck !
You should install the trial version as mentioned by Fiat Lux to make sure.
Hi, I downloaded the trial version and then created a new customer , I tried importing the backup file but I get . file was not created by US version file not open

A bit of feedback and thabks for all those who helped.
I tried loading version 2021 from Fiat Lux (great help if you need help).and deleting all c++ visual, but I got a error of “ Quickbooks accured a problem , or something on those lines” when trying any Customer File including the sample , and on making a new one.
I loaded my old 2019 disk on another machine and it worked , So something ( I think maybe Visual studio or Mysql is blocking the running of Quickbooks)
