My navigation menu has disappeared. How do I get it back?

We don't want you to experience this. Let me help you get back the navigation menu in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

 

First, could you please let me know what device you are using? Are you on a mobile app or a computer? If you are using the QBO mobile app, clearing the app's cache can help resolve most general issues. By clearing the cache, you remove historical data and can access QuickBooks with a fresh start.

 

Here’s how to clear app data:

 

For iOS Devices:

 

  1. Go to Settings and then tap General.
  2. Click iPhone Storage and locate the QBO App.
  3. Select Offload App.

 

This process frees up storage space without deleting your app’s data and documents.

 

For Android Devices:

 

  1. Go to Settings, then tap Apps.
  2. Select the QBO App and then locate Storage.
  3. Then select Clear Data.

 

If the issue persists, try uninstalling and reinstalling the QBO mobile app. To make sure you reinstall the correct version of the app, use the following links:

 

 

If the problem persists, you can log in again to your QBO account using a supported web browser with the same username and password. This will allow you to manage your business until the mobile app problem is resolved.

 

However, if you are using a computer, I recommend refreshing your browser first. If the issue continues, try opening a private window in your browser. This will help isolate the cache, which is a common cause of unusual behaviors.
