I'm glad to see you reaching out to the Community. I can show you how to reach out to our live support team for QuickBooks Online.
QuickBooks users with the ZA version of QBO can reach out to the live chat support team. You can contact them directly within your account.
Here's how:
- Click the Help option in the upper-right corner.
- Go to the Search tab.
- Press Contact Us.
- Enter your concern, then hit Continue.
- Choose Chat with us.
