The program gives you an option to record the bill payment and print the cheque so you can send it to your vendors. Let me show you how:
- Go to the + New button and select Pay Bills.
- Select the bill that you want to pay.
- Click the Save and print if you want to to print the cheque.
- Select Print.

If you're referring to electronically send the payment to your vendors, the feature is currently unavailable in QBO South Africa. You'll want to use a third-party app that offers bill payments. Here's how to look for an approved and accredited app:
- Go to the Apps menu and proceed to the Find Apps tab.
- Click the drop-down list for Browse category and select Make Payments.
