ProAdvisor course - Section 11 - No bank feed export available in course

There is no export file available to download in the ProAdvisor course - section 11 (Setting up Bankfeeds). Has anyone else experienced this, or do you know who I can contact?

ProAdvisor course - Section 11 - No bank feed export available in course

Let's make sure all resources are available for your ProAdvisor course, CaptureIT.

 

To become a ProAdvisor, you need to be certified. Thus, you'll have to start a course and take an exam. If some of the training resources are missing when taking the course, I suggest reaching out to our support team so they can double-check why is this happening. Aside from that, they have the tools to pull up your account securely. Here's how to reach them: 

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO company.
  2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  3. Select the Search tab.
  4. Click the Contact Us button.
  5. Enter a brief description of your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
  6. Select Continue.
  7. Choose the Chat option to connect with our support.

 

Furthermore, after you've connect your bank and credit card accounts, QuickBooks automatically downloads the latest transactions. To learn more with the process, check out this article for your guide: Categorise and Match Online Bank Transactions In QuickBooks Online.
