Hello there, @ColinM2.
I appreciate you for coming back and providing us with additional information. I'm here to help you access QuickBooks and continue to manage your business in QBO.
There are times when your browser is full of frequently-accessed page resources, thus causing websites, like QuickBooks Online (QBO), to act weirdly. This can be the reason why you received an error while you were updating your subscription.
Let's consider logging into your QBO account using a private browser so we can isolate this issue. To do so:
If this works, you can clear your regular browser's cache so the system can start fresh. But if you get the same results while using a private browser, use a different browser instead.
I've also included this helpful article in case you need some ideas about managing your account and transactions: QBO Self-help.
Feel free to visit us again, if you have any other questions about QuickBooks. Always here to help.
Hey there, thank you for the above information. We are however getting this error from the Quickbooks services when we are exporting our invoice transactions via the Quickbooks Online API/Services, as we have integrated the QBO API/Services with our internal software to allow us to add our transactions from our internal system to Quickbooks. Is there a reason as to why we're getting this error from this context?
I appreciate you for dropping by here in the Community, @ColinM2. I'm looking forward to your future successes. Let me route you to the correct department.
Please know that even if the Community gives troubleshooting solutions and answers to specific concerns, there's some information that only our Intuit Developers can supply.
We have a separate discussion forum where we can interact with developers and software engineers about product integration or integration between QBO API/Services with your internal software. That said, I'd suggest posting your question to our Intuit Developer Community page. They have available tools and resources to assist you in getting this error while exporting invoices fixed.
Here's how:
If you have any additional QBO-related concerns, don't hesitate to post them here in the Community. We'll make every effort to address your concerns. Have a great day!
