Why is Quickbooks hiding companies that are subscribed

I appreciate your diligence in notifying us about this issue, Info1952. I know the potential reason why these companies are concealed. Let's collaborate to implement a solution to ensure all are visible and easily accessible.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), a single Intuit account accommodates multiple company files, each with its own subscription. You can conveniently access all of these using one set of login information.

If companies are linked to different sign-in credentials, they can't be seen together in a single account view. Each set of access details will only display the associated ones tied to that particular login.

On the other hand, if all of them share the same entry data, they should all be visible. However, if some are not appearing, it's possible a user in the account may accidentally marked them as hidden.

To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your Intuit Account.
  2. Press the View My Hidden Companies button.

  3. Tap the eye icon beside each one to unhide.

The measures outlined above will help you successfully uncover your financial entities in QBO and get back to business promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority, so if you encounter any challenges or have additional queries about handling company files, please feel free to respond in the comment section. Together, we'll work through any concerns and streamline your experience with QB.
